Prerequisites:

1. Age Requirement:
   • Child must be up to 15 years old.
2. Category Limitation:
   • Apply for only one category that best fits the child's achievements.
3. Registration Fee:
   • Pay Rs. 150 Certificate of Excellence
   • Nomination fee, branding fee, and promotional fee to be paid.

(The fees are non-refundable. However, if a child is not shortlisted, they will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and Expert Guidance for next year's application).

Nomination Procedure:

1. Check Prerequisites:
   • Ensure your child meets the age requirement and select the appropriate category.
2. Visit the Official Website:
   • Go to kcaindia.in to access the nomination form.
3. Access the Nomination Form:
   • Find the nomination section and click the link or button to access the form.
4. Fill Out the Nomination Form:
   • Provide accurate details including:
     • Child's information (name, date of birth, age, contact details).
     • Parent/Guardian information (name, contact details, relationship to the child).
     • Achievement details (description of achievements, field, milestones).
     • Upload supporting documents (certificates, awards, media articles).

5. Pay Fees:
   • Pay Rs. 150 using KCA QR code/ Googlepay/Phonepe/Paytm (Rs.150 for single category) (Please keep the payment screenshot for reference)
6. Submit the Nomination:
   • Complete and submit the form by 31st December 2024.
   • Once all the required fields are filled and documents uploaded, submit the nomination form and complete the payment.
7. Confirmation and Evaluation

• Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the nomination.
• The child’s profile will be sent to the jury members for evaluation.

8. Results:
   • Results will be emailed by 31st January 2025.

   • Shortlisted nominations undergo further review for final selection of top achievers.
6. Notification:
   • Parents of selected children are informed via email with details about the next steps and the award ceremony.
